The District & Sessions Judge, Amritsar is recruiting for 60 Posts of Class-IV, including Peon and Process Server. The posts are available for various categories, and applicants must meet certain qualifications, including knowledge of Punjabi language.

Salary- Rs.18,000/- (Level-I)

Eligibility Criteria:

Before applying, it’s important to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the post you are interested in. The eligibility includes:

 Educational Qualifications:

• For the Peon position, candidates must have knowledge of Punjabi up to the middle school standard.
• For the Process Server position, candidates should have passed the matriculation exam with knowledge of the Punjabi language.

Age Limit:

• For General Category candidates, the age should be between 18 and 35 years as of 01.01.2025.
• Relaxation in age is available for candidates from reserved categories as per government rules.

Salary Details:

• Peon- Salary: Rs. 18,000/- (Level-I as per the 7th Central Pay Commission).
• Process Server – Salary: Rs. 18,000/- (Level-I as per the 7th Central Pay Commission)

Selection Process:

The last date for submission of applications is 11 February 2025, and candidates must include all necessary documents such as proof of eligibility, category and age. Interviews for selected candidates will be held in 20th to 25th Feb 2025 (As per Alphabet). Required educational qualifications and other details.
