The District Health and Family Welfare Society (DHFWS),Jhajjar, invites applications for various contractual posts under the Addiction Treatment Facilities (ATF) Scheme.. The positions are purely on a contractual basis for a fixed period initially up to 31 March 2025, extendable based on performance and administrative approval.

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 4 vacant posts under the following categories:

Pay Scale:

The salary details for DHFWS Jhajjar Recruitment 2025 are as follows:

• Medical Officer:₹60,000/month,
• Nurse: ₹20,000/month,
• Counselor:₹20,000/month, and
• Data Manager:₹15,000/month.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:

1. Medical Officer (Doctor):
   • MBBS from a recognized institution.
   • Registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
   • Preference: MD in Psychiatry or equivalent qualification.
2. Nurse:
   • ANM qualification.
   • Preference: GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institute.
3. Counselor:
   • Graduate in Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology.
   • Preference: Master’s degree in the same disciplines or certificate training in counseling recognized by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment or Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
4. Data Manager:
   • Graduate with knowledge or experience in computer applications.
   • Preference: Certification or degree in computer applications.

2. Age Limit:

• For Medical Officer (Doctor): Up to 65 years.
• For other posts: 18–42 years (age relaxation as per Haryana Government rules).

Selection Process:

1. No Written Test or Interview:
   • Selection will be based on the NHM selection criteria (Annexure-A).
   • Merit-based shortlisting as per qualifications and experience.
2. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification.
   • Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the health department’s standards.

Contract Terms:

• The engagement is purely contractual, with no claim for regularization.
• Private practice during the contract period is prohibited.
• The contractual period may be extended beyond 31 March 2025 based on performance and approval.

Application Fee:

The application form shall be submitted with a fee of Rs. 200.
