The Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) is recruiting for 01 Post of Liaison Representative & Technical Support Manager on a contract basis for a period of five years. This position requires a degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering and a minimum of 36 months of seagoing experience. The position is based at CSL’s Chennai and Kochi project sites.

Applications are invited for a total of 1 vacant posts under the following category:

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks and one year Pre Sea Training course, OR
• A Degree in Marine Engineering with at least 60% marks, OR
• Marine Engineering Certification from the Indian Navy.

Experience:

• A minimum of 36 months of sea time on board a merchant or navy vessel is required.
• The candidate should not be below the rank of Second Engineer if applying from the merchant navy.
• Experience in working with ERP/SAP systems and in Marketing & Liaison activities is desirable but not mandatory.

Age Limit:

• The maximum age for applicants is 50 years, as of 5th February 2025. Candidates should be born on or after 6th February 1975.

Selection Process:

The selection process for CSL Recruitment 2025 will be conducted through a walk-in interview. Candidates will first have to go through certificate verification to ensure their eligibility. Only those who successfully complete the verification will be allowed to attend the personal interview. The interview will be held on the same day or the next day depending on the number of applicants.
