Compensation and Benefits:
- Training Period:
- Stipend: ₹50,000 per month
- Additional stipend for extra hours: ₹3,000 (max)
- Post-Training:
- Position: Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade)
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000
- Total Monthly Emoluments: Approx. ₹80,280 (including allowances)
- Annual CTC: Approx. ₹14 lakhs
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture, and Civil:
- Degree in the respective discipline with a minimum of 65% marks.
- Information Technology:
- Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT) or Master’s in Computer Applications/IT with a minimum of 65% marks.
- Human Resource:
- Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, or Industrial Relations with a minimum of 65% marks.
- Finance:
- Passed the final examination of CA/ICWA from a recognized institute.
2. Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 27 years (as of 06 January 2025).
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC: 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: As per Government norms
Selection Process:
Phase I: Online Objective Test
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Subjects:
- General Awareness: 5 Marks
- English:5 Marks
- Numerical Ability: 5 Marks
- Reasoning Ability: 5 Marks
- Discipline-Specific: 40 Marks
Phase II: Group Discussion, Writing Skills, and Personal Interview
- Marks Distribution:
- Group Discussion: 10 Marks
- Writing Skills: 10 Marks
- Personal Interview: 20 Marks
Final merit will be based on combined scores of Phase I and Phase II.
