Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum: SSC/10th with Science subjects and ITI Certificate in relevant trade.
- Alternative:
- National/State Trade Certificate or
- 2 years full-time apprenticeship experience or
- 3 years work experience in relevant fields under Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies.
- Experience:
- Candidates with hands-on experience in related fields such as Instrument Mechanic, Laboratory Assistance, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning, among others, will be prioritized.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (+ relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as applicable)
- Ex-Servicemen, Widows, Divorced Women: As per Government norms
Selection Process:
- Screening Process:
- Initial shortlisting based on applications and eligibility criteria.
- Trade Test (Stage 1):
- Qualifying in nature; detailed syllabus and guidelines will be shared.
- Competitive Written Examination (Stage 2):
- Mode: OMR/CBT (Objective Type MCQs)
- Subjects & Marks Distribution:
- Paper I (Mental Ability): 50 questions, 100 marks
- Paper II (General Awareness & English Language): 50 questions, 150 marks
- Paper III (Concerned Subject): 50 questions, 150 marks
- Merit List:
- Final merit list will be based on performance in Paper II and Paper III.
