Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a listed premier Miniratna Schedule ‘A’ Company of the Government of India, invites Online Applications from Indian citizens fulfilling eligibility requirements, for filling up the following post of Pharmacist on a contract basis for the International Ship Repair Facility (ISRF) at Willingdon Island, Kochi:-

Educational Qualification:

• Essential: Two-year full-time Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) and valid registration with Kerala State Pharmacy Council.
• Desirable: Adequate knowledge of Malayalam.

Experience:

Minimum one year of experience as a Pharmacist in Industrial/Government/Private Hospitals.

Age Limit:

Maximum age 56 years as of 24 September 2024 (born on or after 25 September 1968).

Period of Contract:

Initially for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and project needs.

Mode of Recruitment:

Selection Process:

• Objective Type Written Test (30 Multiple Choice Questions, 35 minutes)
  • • General: 10 Marks
    • Discipline-related: 20 Marks
• Descriptive Type Written Test (45 minutes, 20 Marks)
• Minimum 50% marks required in both tests.
• Final rank based on aggregate marks from both tests, with tiebreaker on Descriptive Test marks and seniority in age if required.
• Only shortlisted candidates based on eligibility verification will be allowed to attend the selection tests.

Remuneration:

Fee Structure:

• Application Fee: ₹ 300 (non-refundable, plus bank charges).
• Exemptions: SC/ST/PwBD applicants are exempted from paying the application fee.
• Payment Mode: Online (Debit/Credit card or Internet Banking) from 10 September 2024 to 24 September 2024.
