CGPSC Assistant Director/Manager Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the CGPSC ADI Recruitment 2025, candidates must possess the following:
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have any of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline) OR
- Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Commerce, Economics, or Physics/Chemistry OR
- MBA / PGDM (AICTE-approved, 2-year course)
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
Note: Chhattisgarh domicile candidates will get a 5-year age relaxation, making the maximum age 40 years for the general category and 45 years for the reserved category.
CGPSC Assistant Director Industry/Manager Selection Process:
The selection process for Assistant Director Industry/Manager consists of two stages:
1. Written Examination (300 Marks)
2. Personal Interview (30 Marks)
Exam Pattern:
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
