Vacancy Details:

Remuneration:

• Monthly salary: ₹21,000 (inclusive of all allowances).
• Variable salary component based on incremental sales performance.
• Additional benefits:
  • Paid leave: 1 day per month.
  • Conveyance reimbursement for official local journeys as per CCI norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
3. Age Limit:
   • Upper age limit: 30 years (as of the walk-in interview date).
4. Other Requirements:
   • Candidates must possess a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Contract Terms:

• Contract Period: Minimum 1 year, extendable based on performance.
• Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo medical verification and provide fitness certification as per CCI standards.
• Insurance Requirement: Accidental and medical insurance must be arranged by the candidate before joining.

Selection Process:

• The selection process involves a walk-in interview on January 17, 2025, at the CCI Regional Office in Gulbarga, Karnataka.
• Candidates must register on-site, submit their application with required documents, and undergo document verification.
• Selection is based on interview performance and medical fitness verification by CCI’s Factory Medical Officer. Only medically fit candidates will be engaged on a contractual basis.
