Selection Process:

• Application Shortlisting:
  Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic qualifications, relevant work experience, and overall suitability for the role. Only those meeting the criteria will move to the next stage.
• Interview:
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
  • The date, time, and venue of the interview will be communicated to the candidates via their registered email.
  • Candidates will need to attend the interview at their own expense. However, outstation candidates belonging to the SC/ST category will be reimbursed 2nd class train fare or actual expenses (whichever is lower) upon providing proof of travel.
• Final Selection:
  The final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in the interview. The company will evaluate their skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
• Document Verification:
  Candidates must produce original documents, including educational certificates, proof of age, work experience, and caste certificates (if applicable), during the interview. Failure to provide valid documents will result in disqualification.
