Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 12 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

For English Stenographer (Group B):

• Bachelor’s Degree from a UGC-recognized university.
• Minimum shorthand speed: 80 wpm (English).
• Minimum typing speed: 30 wpm (English).
• Proficiency in Computer Operations & Certificate in Computer Training from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of Bengali language is mandatory.

For Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (Group C):

• 10th Pass (Madhyamik Examination) from WB Board or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge & typing proficiency.
• Certificate in Computer Training from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of Bengali language is mandatory.

For Data Entry Operator (DEO) (Group C):

• 10th Pass (Madhyamik) with Diploma in Computer Application (1 Year).
• Typing speed of at least 8000 key depressions per hour.
• Candidates with a degree in Computer Science/Applications will be given preference.

For Group D (Peon):

• Minimum Class 8 Pass from a recognized school or Madrasa.
• Knowledge of Bengali is mandatory.

Age Limit (as on January 1, 2025):

For English Stenographer (Group B):

• General Category: 32 years
• SC/OBC Candidates: 35 years
• ST Candidates: 37 years

For LDC, DEO, and Group D Posts:

• General Category: 40 years
• SC/OBC Candidates: 43 years
• ST Candidates: 45 years

Selection Process:

• Written Examination (For All Posts)
• Skill Tests (For Stenographer, LDC & DEO Only)
• Personality Test & Interview (For All Posts)

3. Fill Out the Application Form with accurate details.

4. Upload Required Documents:

• Passport-size photograph & signature (JPG format, 30KB-50KB)
• Educational & experience certificates
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Computer Training Certificate (for LDC, DEO, and Stenographer)
• Typing/Shorthand Certificate (for Stenographer)

5. Pay the Application Fee Online & Submit the Form.

6. Download and Print the Application Confirmation Slip.
