BTSC Insect Collector Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 53 vacant posts.

Pay Scale: ₹5,200-₹20,200 and a Grade Pay of ₹1,800, corresponding to Pay Level-1 (Non-Gazetted).

BTSC Insect Collector Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have completed Intermediate (10+2) in Science from a recognized board.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 37 years (for General category males)
• Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms:
  • OBC/EBC (Male & Female): 3 years
  • SC/ST (Male & Female): 5 years
  • Female (General): 3 years

Nationality:

• Must be an Indian citizen.

Physical Fitness:

• Candidates should be physically fit to perform field duties.

BTSC Insect Collector Selection Process:

• The selection process will be based on the Merit List, which will consider the marks obtained in the Intermediate (10+2) examination.
• Additional weightage may be given for higher qualifications or relevant experience, as per BTSC guidelines.

BTSC Insect Collector Application Fee:

• For General/BC/EBC/EWS: ₹600/-
• For SC/ST/All Female: ₹150/-

1. Online Registration:

   • Click on “Apply Online” and complete the registration process by providing a valid email ID and mobile number.
2. Application Form Submission:
   • Log in using the credentials received after registration.
   • Fill in the application form with accurate personal, educational, and contact details.
   • Upload scanned copies of the required documents, including:
     • Recent passport-sized photograph.
     • Signature.
     • Intermediate (10+2) mark sheet and certificate.
     • Caste certificate (if applicable).
     • Domicile certificate.
   • Review the application form carefully before submission.
3. Final Submission:
   • After successful payment, submit the application form.
   • Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.
