BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha III 2025

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the Sakshamta Pariksha III 2025 under Rule 4 of Bihar Special Teacher Rules, 2023. This competency test is meant for local body teachers (Panchayat, Municipal, and Block-level teachers) in Bihar.

Bihar Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha III Eligibility Criteria:

1. Who Can Apply?

   • Teachers currently employed in Primary (Class 1-5), Middle (Class 6-8), Secondary (Class 9-10), and Higher Secondary (Class 11-12) schools under local bodies in Bihar.
   • Teachers who did not appear in Sakshamta Pariksha I or II or did not qualify in previous attempts.

2. Educational Qualifications:

   • Candidates must possess minimum educational qualifications as per their teaching subjects.
   • For subject-wise eligibility, candidates should refer to the official BSEB guidelines.

3. Age Limit:

   • No specific age limit has been mentioned, but only currently employed local body teachers are eligible.

Note: Teachers who were previously appointed but later dismissed or retired are not eligible.

Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha Exam Pattern:

• Mode of Exam: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Total Questions: 150 (Multiple Choice Questions)
• Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
• Marking Scheme: Each question carries 1 mark (No negative marking)

Passing Criteria:

• General Category: 40%
• Backward Class (BC): 36.5%
• Extremely Backward Class (EBC): 34%
• SC/ST, Female & Disabled Candidates: 32%

Note: Candidates who pass will be issued a competency certificate by BSEB.

1. For Primary Teachers (Class 1-5):

   • Language (Hindi/English) – 30 Marks
   • General Knowledge & Pedagogy – 40 Marks
   • Subject-Specific Questions – 80 Marks

2. For Middle School Teachers (Class 6-8):

   • Language (Hindi/English) – 30 Marks
   • General Knowledge & Pedagogy – 40 Marks
   • Subject-Specific Questions – 80 Marks

3. For Secondary Teachers (Class 9-10):

   • Language (Hindi/English) – 30 Marks
   • General Knowledge & Pedagogy – 40 Marks
   • Subject-Specific Questions – 80 Marks

4. For Higher Secondary Teachers (Class 11-12):

   • Language (Hindi/English) – 30 Marks
   • General Knowledge & Pedagogy – 40 Marks
   • Subject-Specific Questions – 80 Marks

BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha III Application Process:

1. Visit the official website: https://www.bsebsakshamta.com
2. Click on “Sakshamta Pariksha-3” and complete the online registration.
3. Fill in personal, educational, and professional details carefully.
4. Upload required documents (see list below).
5. Pay the application fee of (₹1100 for all candidates) online.
6. Review and submit the application form before the deadline—12th March 2025.
