Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Junior Executive (Quality Assurance):

• B.Sc. (Chemistry) with specialization in Organic/Physical/Inorganic/Analytical Chemistry (minimum 60% marks).
• OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering (minimum 60% marks).
• Relaxation: Minimum 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

2. Secretary:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 70% marks), relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
• Class XII and Class X with minimum 70% marks each (relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Diploma/Certification in Secretarial Practice or Office Management (desirable).

Work Experience (as of 01.01.2025):1. Junior Executive (Quality Assurance):

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in laboratory roles in Petroleum/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries.

2. Secretary:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial roles.

Age Relaxation:

• OBC-NCL: 3 years
• SC/ST: 5 years
• PwBD: Up to 10 years

Selection Process:

BPCL adopts a multi-stage recruitment process, which includes:

1. Application Screening: Based on educational qualifications and work experience.
2. Assessment Stages: Written/Computer-Based Test, Case-Based Discussion, Group Task, and Personal Interview.
3. Medical Examination: Pre-employment medical tests to ensure fitness.

Final selection will be based on cumulative performance across all stages.
