The High Court of Bombay has announced 6 vacancies for the posts of District Judge and Senior Civil Judge under the Bombay High Court Recruitment 2025 notification. The Bombay High Court Judge Notification 2025 was released on May 03, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online for the Bombay HC vacancy from May 03, 2025, to May 19, 2025.

Bombay High Court Judge Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 6 vacant posts under the Bombay HC Recruitment 2025 Notification for the following categories:

• District Judge: 04
• Senior Civil Judge: 02

Bombay High Court Judge Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Bombay High Court Judge Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Must be a retired judicial officer from:

  • District Judge cadre (for District Judge posts)

  • Ad-hoc District Judge or Senior Civil Judge cadre (for SCJ posts)

• Retirement must have occurred between 31.05.2022 and 30.04.2025

• Should not be under any post-retirement assignment

Bombay High Court Judge Selection Process:

The selection for District Judge and Senior Civil Judge consists of the following stages:

3. Final Selection
