BIS Scientist B Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the BIS Scientist Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST)
• Valid GATE Score in the respective discipline for the year 2023, 2024, or 2025

For Chemistry:

• Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry) with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST)
• Valid GATE Score in Chemistry (CY)

Age Limit (as of 23.05.2025):

• Maximum Age: 30 years

The selection for Scientist B consists of the following stages:
