The Government of Bihar has officially announced the Bihar Home Guard Recruitment 2025, aiming to recruit the state’s security force with over 1500 vacancies across districts. Eligible 10th pass candidates can apply online from 27 March to 16 April 2025.

Bihar Home Guard Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 15000 vacant posts under the Bihar Home Guard Bharti 2025 Notification across the various districts of Bihar. For exact district-wise vacancies, refer to the official notification.

Bihar Home Guard Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Home Guard Post, candidates must possess the following:

Educational Qualification

• Must have passed 12th grade (intermediate) or equivalent from a recognized board.

Age Limit (As of 01/01/2025)

• Minimum Age: 19 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Physical Standards

For Male Candidates

• Height: 162.5 cm (General); 157.5 cm (SC/ST)
• Chest: 79 cm (with a minimum expansion of 5 cm)

For Female Candidates

• Height: 153 cm
