BEML Limited, a leading multi-technology company under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications from dynamic professionals for Junior Executive positions on a fixed-term contractual basis. Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 10 vacant posts:

Remuneration:

• 1st Year: ₹28,000 per month
• 2nd Year: ₹31,000 per month
• 3rd Year: ₹34,000 per month
• 4th Year: ₹37,500 per month

Additional Benefits:

• An annual lump sum of ₹11,000, covering expenses for uniform stitching, conveyance charges, medical insurance, and term insurance plans.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• Junior Executive-Mechanical: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
• Junior Executive – Electrical & Electronics: BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Experience:

• Relevant industrial experience (0–2 years) in the specified domains.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 27 years.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years

Selection Process:

1. Walk-in-Interview:
   • Date: January 21, 2025
   • Reporting Time: 9:00 AM
   • Venue:
     BEML Technical Gate, EM Division, KGF Complex, Kolar Gold Fields–563115, Karnataka.
2. Assessment Process:
   • Document Verification.
   • Technical and HR Interview.

Contract Terms:

• Engagement is on a fixed tenure contract basis for one year, extendable annually up to four years based on performance and business requirements.
• Location of posting: BEML Manufacturing Facilities at KGF Complex (transferable based on company requirements).

• Original and self-attested copies of:
  • Educational certificates (mark sheets and degree certificates).
  • Age proof (Xth/SSLC certificate).
  • CGPA conversion formula/certificate (if applicable).

  • SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/PwBD certificates (if applicable).
• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, PAN Card).
• Detailed resume and 3 recent passport-sized photographs.
