BEL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Deputy Manager: B.Arch with 8 years of experience or ME/MTech (Structural Engg) with 6 years of experience.
- Senior Engineer: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engg with 4 years of experience.
- Fixed-Term Engineer: BE/B.Tech in relevant disciplines + ME/MTech (for some posts) with 2–4 years of experience.
Age Limit (as on 01.03.2025):
- Deputy Manager: 36 years
- Senior Engineer: 32–35 years
- Age Relaxation: OBC (+3), SC/ST (+5), PwBD (+10).
BEL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:
Selection will be based on:
- Written Test (85 marks)
- Interview (for shortlisted candidates)
Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a 1:7 ratio based on merit in the written test.
