Applications are invited for a total of 14 vacant posts under the BEL Recruitment 2025 Notification for the following categories:

BEL Senior Engineer Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the BEL Engineer vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Senior Engineer E-III (Physical Design Engineer): M.E./M.Tech in VLSI Design or Microelectronics (1st Class)
• Senior Engineer E-III: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years for VLSI roles; 4 years for all other roles

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 32 years

BEL Senior Engineer Selection Process:

1. Written Test (for eligible candidates)

2. Interview (based on merit in written test—1:5 ratio)

3. Final Selection based on total score

BEL Senior Engineer Application Form 2025 Fee:

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹600 + 18% GST

• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: Exempted
