Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications for the position of Junior Assistant (Human Resources). Overview:

Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 3 vacant posts for the following categories:

Total CTC: Approx. ₹5.94 Lakhs per annum (includes basic pay, allowances, and benefits).

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time graduation in B.Com./BBA/BBM from a recognized university.
• Additional Requirement:
  • Proficiency in computer operations is mandatory.

Minimum Marks:

• General/OBC/EWS: Minimum 60% aggregate marks.
• SC/PwBD: Minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025):

• Maximum Age: 28 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • SC: 5 years
  • PwBD: 10 years

Other Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Employment Exchange Registration Card for Maharashtra State.

Selection Process:

1. Written Test:
   • Total Marks: 150
   • Sections:
     • Part I–General Aptitude and Awareness (50 Marks):
       • Topics: Logical reasoning, analytical ability, general knowledge, basic numeracy, and data interpretation.
     • Part II–Technical/Professional Knowledge (100 Marks):
       • Topics: English language, human resource management, and professional knowledge relevant to the role.
   • Qualifying Marks:
     • General/OBC/EWS: 35%
     • SC/PwBD: 30%
2. Final Selection:
   • Based on performance in the written test, considering reservation and merit.

Application Fee:

• General/OBC/EWS Candidates: ₹295 (₹250 application fee + 18% GST).
• SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Exempted
• Payment Mode: SBI Collect or offline payment at SBI branches (challan-based).

3. Submission Deadline:

General Instructions:

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
• Candidates employed in government/PSU organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Admit cards for the written test will be emailed to eligible candidates.
• Outstation SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be reimbursed sleeper class train fare for attending the written test.
