Salary Structure:

Additional Benefits:

• ₹12,000 per year for Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, attire allowance, etc.
• Project Engineers completing 4 years will receive a Retention Bonus of ₹1,00,000.

Eligibility Criteria for BEL Trainee & Project Engineer:

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering (4-year course) in the relevant discipline from an AICTE/UGC-recognized university.

Work Experience:

• Trainee Engineer-I: No prior experience required.
• Project Engineer-I: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.

Age Limit:

• Trainee Engineer-I: 28 years
• Project Engineer-I: 32 years

Age Relaxation:

• • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwD: 10 years

Selection Process:

The selection process of BEL Bengaluru Trainee & Project Engineer Recruitment 2025 includes:

1. Trainee Engineer-I:
   • Written Test (100 Marks)
   • Negative marking: ¼ mark per incorrect response.
   • Merit will be determined based on written test score.
2. Project Engineer-I:
   • Written Test (85 Marks)
   • Interview (15 Marks)
   • Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in a 1:5 ratio based on the written test score.

Trainee Engineer-I:

• General/EWS/OBC Candidates: ₹150 + 18% GST
• SC/ST/PwD Candidates: Exempted

Project Engineer-I:

• General/EWS/OBC Candidates: ₹400 + 18% GST
• SC/ST/PwD Candidates: Exempted
