BDL Management Trainee Recruitment 2025

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 49 vacant posts under the following categories:

Stipend and Pay Scale:

• Stipend: During training, ₹40,000 per month + allowances.
• Post-Absorption:
  • Pay Scale: ₹40,000–1,40,000 (Grade II).
  • Approximate CTC: ₹15.91 Lakh per annum after absorption.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications (as of 21st February 2025):

1. General Criteria: First Class (60%) in relevant disciplines; 55% for SC/ST.
2. Specific Requirements:

1. Electronics Discipline:
   • Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
2. Mechanical Discipline:
   • A B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline is required.
3. Electrical Discipline:
   • Applicants must have a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
4. Computer Science Discipline:
   • A B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
5. Cyber Security Discipline:
   • Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Cyber Security or hold certifications like CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
6. Chemical Discipline:
   • A B.E./B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering or an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry is required.
7. Civil Discipline:
   • Applicants must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
8. Business Development:
   • A combination of B.E./B.Tech and an MBA/PGDM in Marketing is necessary.
9. Public Relations:
   • Candidates should have an MBA/PGDM in Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism.
10. Finance Discipline:

• Applicants must be CA/ICWA/CMA qualified or have an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance.

11. Human Resources Discipline:

• A PGDM or MBA in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management is required.

12. Official Language:

• A Master’s degree in Hindi or English with a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation is mandatory.

Age Limit (as of 21st February 2025):

• General: 27 years
• OBC-NCL: 30 years
• SC/ST: 32 years
• PwBD: Additional 10 years of relaxation.
• Other Relaxations: As per government rules.

Selection Process:

1. Computer-Based Online Test (CBoT):
   • Duration: 2 hours
   • Structure:
     • Part I: 100 MCQs on the concerned discipline.
     • Part II: 50 MCQs on General Aptitude.
   • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for every wrong answer.
   • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
     • General/EWS: 60%
     • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 50%
2. Personal Interview:
   • Weightage: 85% for CBoT and 15% for the interview.
   • Shortlisting Ratio: 1:10 (Post: Candidate).
