Bank of Baroda Various Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications from a recognized university/institution approved by the Government of India/AICTE.
  • The minimum qualification varies based on the post, including B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, CA, MBA, PGDM, or Graduation with relevant certifications.
  • Some roles, such as Risk Management and Trade & Forex, require additional certifications like IIBF, CFA, FRM, or PRM.

2. Age Limit (As of 01.02.2025)

  • The minimum age for applicants is 22 years, while the maximum varies between 32 to 43 years, depending on the post.
  • Age Relaxation is provided as follows:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PWD (General): 10 years
    • PWD (OBC): 13 years
    • PWD (SC/ST): 15 years
    • Ex-Servicemen: Up to 5 years (subject to conditions)

3. Work Experience Requirements

  • Work experience ranges from 1 year to 10 years, depending on the post.
  • Senior positions (e.g., Senior Manager, Chief Manager) require at least 5–10 years of experience.
  • For IT roles, candidates must have hands-on experience in software development, AI/ML, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or API development.
  • Risk Management & Trade/Forex roles require experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors.
  • Security Manager roles require 5 years of commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force/Police.

  • Online Test (If applicable)

    • The structure of the online test includes:
      • Reasoning – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
      • English Language – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
      • Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
      • Professional Knowledge – 75 Questions (150 Marks)
      • Total: 150 Questions (225 Marks)
      • Duration: 150 Minutes
      • Penalty for Wrong Answers: 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer in the “Professional Knowledge” section.
  • Psychometric Test / Group Discussion / Interview

    • The selection process may include Psychometric Tests, Group Discussion (GD), and/or Personal Interview (PI) for further shortlisting.
    • Candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks to proceed.
    • The qualifying marks for GD/PI are 60% for General Category and 55% for Reserved Categories.
    • Final selection is based on combined scores of the Online Test, GD, and/or PI.
