Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 2 vacant posts.

Nature of Engagement:

• Fixed-term contract for 3 years (renewable annually, up to a maximum of 5 years or until the age of 62, whichever is earlier).

Indicative Compensation:

• Up to ₹25 Lakhs per annum (based on qualifications, experience, and market benchmarks).

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025):

• Minimum: 25 years
• Maximum: 45 years

Educational Qualifications:

• Mandatory:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE approved).
  • Postgraduate degree in Law, Management, or professional certifications like CA, CS, or ICWA.
• Desirable:
  • Certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) for Merchant Banking (to be obtained within one year of joining, if not already certified).

Work Experience (as of 01.01.2025):

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets.
• Relevant experience includes:
  • Working with a registered Merchant Banker.
  • Advisory roles for issuances as part of CA firms.

Credit History:

• A CIBIL score of 650 or above is mandatory at the time of joining.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting:
   • Based on qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.
   • Bank reserves the right to call candidates in a ratio it deems appropriate.
2. Interview and/or Other Selection Methods:
   • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Personal Interview or any other selection method.
3. Merit Ranking:
   • Final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the selection process.

• SC/ST/PwBD/Women: ₹100 + applicable taxes.
