APSC Junior Engineer (Civil) Recruitment 2025

Vacancy & Salary Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 650 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Candidates must possess a 3-year Diploma in one of the following fields:
     • Civil Engineering
     • Civil Engineering and Planning
     • Construction Technology
   • The diploma must be from a technical institution recognized by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).

2. Age Limit:
   • Minimum Age: 21 years
   • Maximum Age: 40 years
   • Age Relaxation (as per government norms):
     • SC/ST: 5 years (up to 45 years)
     • OBC/MOBC: 3 years (up to 43 years)
     • Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 years

3. Additional Requirements:
   • Candidates must be Indian citizens.
   • Candidates should meet the physical fitness standards as required for the role.

Selection Process:

1. Screening Examination or Written Examination:
   • Candidates will undergo a screening test or written examination to evaluate their knowledge and skills related to civil engineering and other relevant areas.
   • The syllabus and pattern of the written test will be detailed in the official APSC notification or announced prior to the exam.

2. Viva-Voce/Interview:
   • Shortlisted candidates from the written examination will be called for a Viva-Voce/Interview.
   • This stage will assess the candidates’ technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and suitability for the role.

3. Final Merit List:
   • The final selection will be based on the combined performance in:
     • Written Examination
     • Viva-Voce/Interview
   • A merit list will be published on the official APSC website.

4. Document Verification:
   • Candidates must produce original documents (educational certificates, age proof, caste certificates, etc.) during the Viva-Voce/Interview stage for verification.
   • Failure to provide valid documents will result in disqualification.

5. Important Notes:
   • The selection process will be conducted in accordance with APSC recruitment rules.
   • Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) during the interview.

   • Total amount: ₹197.20
3. SC/ST/BPL/PWBD Category:
   • Application fee: Nil
   • Processing fee: ₹40
   • Tax on processing fee (@18%): ₹7.20
   • Total amount: ₹47.20

• Fill the Application Form:

• Upload Documents:
  • Upload scanned copies of the following documents:
    • Passport-size photograph.
