The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released the Junior Development Officer (JDO) Recruitment 2025 notification for the JDO post in the Planning Services of the Transformation & Development Department, dated March 18, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online for 09 vacancies from 25 March 2025 to 24 April 2025.

APSC Junior Development Officer Eligibility Criteria:

To apply for APSC JDO Vacancy 2025, candidates must possess the following:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce with at least one of the following subjects:
  • Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Agricultural Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, Business Administration, Business Management, Geography, or Commerce.
• Preference will be given to Honours Graduates.

Domicile Requirement:

• The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
• Must upload Permanent Resident Certificate or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate of Assam.

Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025):

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 38 years
