The High Court of Andhra Pradesh announced the recruitment for the position of 14 District Judges (Entry Level) under Notification No. 40/2025, dated 12th March 2025. The offline application shall be submitted from 12 March 2025 to 27 March 2025.

AP High Court District Judge Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 14 vacant posts under the Andhra Pradesh High Court Recruitment Notification 2025.

AP High Court District Judge Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university in India.​

Experience:

• Applicants should have been practicing as an advocate for not less than seven years as of the date of the notification.​

Age Limit:

• Applicants must have attained the age of 35 years and must not have exceeded the age of 45 years as of March 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

AP High Court District Judge Selection Process:

1. Screening Test (Computer-Based): 100 marks, 2 hours.​
2. Written Examination: 100 marks each, 3 hours for each paper.​
   • Paper I: Constitution & Civil Laws
   • Paper II: Criminal Laws​
   • Paper III: English Translation & Essay Writing​
3. Viva Voce (Interview): Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for an interview.

AP High Court District Judge Vacancy 2025 Application Fee:

• General/BC/EWS Candidates: ₹1,500/-
• SC/ST/PwD Candidates: ₹800/-
• Payment Mode: Demand Draft

2. Fill out the application form in capital letters with accurate details.

3. Attach self-attested copies of the required documents.
