Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2025 is a state-level entrance exam conducted for diploma holders and B.Sc. (Mathematics) graduates seeking lateral entry admission into the 2nd year of B.E./B.Tech./B.Pharmacy courses. Conducted by JNTU Anantapur on behalf of APSCHE, the exam will be held online on 6th May 2025.

AP ECET Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for Andhra Pradesh ECET 2025, candidates should possess the following:

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy from a recognized institution in Andhra Pradesh or AICTE-approved equivalent.

• OR, B.Sc. degree with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects.

• Final-year diploma students can also apply.

Minimum Marks:

• General Category: 45% marks
• BC/SC/ST Category: 40% marks

AP ECET 2025 Exam Pattern:

• Mode: Online (CBT—Computer-Based Test)
• Total Marks: 200
• Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Language: English only

Engineering Streams:

• Mathematics: 50
• Physics: 25
• Chemistry: 25
• Engineering Subject: 100

Pharmacy:

• Pharmaceutics: 50
• Pharmaceutical Chemistry: 50
• Pharmacognosy: 50
• Pharmacology: 50

B.Sc. (Mathematics):

• Mathematics: 100
• Analytical Ability: 50
• Communicative English: 50

2. Register and pay the application fee.

3. Fill out the application form with academic and personal details.
