The Assistant Stores Officer at AIIMS Rishikesh will oversee efficient store management, including procurement, inventory, and distribution, with a focus on medical supplies. The role requires expertise in material management and adherence to institutional and government standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for all the vacancies in AIIMS Rishikesh Group A & B posts:

1. Medical Superintendent

• Essential Qualification:
  • Medical degree included in the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
  • Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MD/MS or equivalent).
  • OR Master’s in Hospital Administration (M.H.A.) or equivalent recognized by the Medical Council of India.
• Experience:
  • 10 years in hospital administration in a 300-bed hospital after obtaining the postgraduate degree.

2. Chief Nursing Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • M.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council-recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • Holding analogous posts or with 5 years of regular service in PB-3 with Grade Pay ₹6,600 or 10 years in PB-3 with Grade Pay ₹5,400.

3. Senior Programmer (Analyst)

• Essential Qualification:
  • BE/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. with a diploma in Computer Applications.
• Experience:
  • 10 years in IT systems, networking, hardware configuration, or software programming.

4. Principal Private Secretary

• Essential Qualification:
  • Officers holding analogous posts in Central/State Government or Autonomous Bodies.
  • OR at least 7 years of regular service in posts with Grade Pay ₹4,600 or higher.

5. Senior Procurement-cum-Stores Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • Officers with at least 5 years of regular service in analogous posts with Grade Pay ₹5,400.
• Experience:
  • 5 years of experience as a Stores Officer on a regular basis.

6. Chief Dietician

• Essential Qualification:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Dietetics or Nutrition.
• Experience:
  • Holding analogous posts, or
  • 5 years as Senior Dietician/Assistant Food Manager (Grade Pay ₹5,400), or
  • 7 years as Dietician (Grade Pay ₹4,600).

7. Chief Medical Social Service Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • M.A. in Social Work/MSW from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in medical social welfare with knowledge of financial aid schemes.

8. Hospital Architect

• Essential Qualification:
  • Degree in Architecture.
• Experience:
  • 5 years of experience as an Architect or in a CPWD equivalent grade.

9. Nursing Superintendent

• Essential Qualification:
  • Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years of regular service in Grade Pay ₹5,400.

10. Chief Medical Record Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • Degree in Medical Record Keeping (1-year duration).
  • Ability to use computers in office applications and typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi.
• Experience:
  • Holding analogous posts, or
  • 2-3 years of regular service in Grade Pay ₹4,800/₹4,600.

11. Supervising Medical Social Service Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • M.A. in Social Work/MSW.
• Experience:
  • Holding analogous posts, or
  • 3 years in Grade Pay ₹4,600 or 8 years in Grade Pay ₹4,200.

12. Security Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • Officers from Police/Armed Forces/Para-military forces with analogous posts.
• Experience:
  • 2-3 years in security management, handling agitations, and employee strikes.

13. Accounts Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • Holding analogous posts, or
  • 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field in Grade Pay ₹4,800/₹4,600.

14. Stores Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • Postgraduate degree/diploma in Material Management or Bachelor’s degree in Material Management with 3 years of experience in store handling (preferably medical stores).
• Experience:
  • Holding analogous posts, or
  • 2 years of regular service in Grade Pay ₹4,800 or 3 years in ₹4,600.

15. Assistant Accounts Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • Holding analogous posts, or
  • Junior Accounts Officer with 5 years of service in Grade Pay ₹4,200.

16. Senior Sanitation Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • Holding analogous posts in a 200-bed hospital.
• Experience:
  • 5 years of regular service in sanitation management.

17. Assistant Stores Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • Degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • Holding analogous posts, or
  • 5 years of regular service in Grade Pay ₹4,200

Selection Process:
