AIIMS MSc Entrance Exam 2025

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, invites applications for the MSc Entrance Exam 2025 for admission to M.Sc courses, M.Sc Nursing, and M. Biotechnology for the August 2025 session. The AIIMS MSc Notification 2025 was released on April 17, 2025. Eligible candidates can do basic registration from April 08, 2025, to May 7, 2025. For the final M.Sc. exam registration, applications are accepted between April 17, 2025, and May 15, 2025. The MSc Entrance Exam will be held online on June 14, 2025.

AIIMS M.Sc. Courses Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the AIIMS M.Sc. & M.Sc. Nursing Admissions 2025, candidates should possess the following:

For M.Sc. Courses:

• Minimum Qualification: MBBS/BDS/B.V.Sc/B.Pharm/BPT/B.Sc (any discipline, 3 years min.)

For M.Sc. Nursing:

• Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• Registered Nurse/Midwife with the State Nursing Council

For M. Biotechnology:

• Qualification: B.Tech (Biotechnology) / B.Sc. (Biotech/Biology-related)

Minimum Aggregate Marks:

•  UR/OBC/EWS: 60%
• SC/ST: 55%

AIIMS MSc & Biotech Exam Date 2025:

The MSc Entrance Exam 2025 for MSc courses & M. Biotechnology will be held online on June 14, 2025. The admit card for the MSc Entrance Exam 2025 will be available from 6 June 2025.

AIIMS MSc Nursing Exam Date 2025:

The AIIMS MSc Nursing Exam 2025 will be held online on June 21, 2025. The admit card for the MSc Nursing Exam 2025 will be available from 13 June 2025.

AIIMS MSc Exam Application Form 2025 Fee:

• General/OBC: ₹2000
• SC/ST/EWS: ₹1600
• PwBD: Exempted

3. Step 1: Basic Registration (PAAR)
