​The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has announced openings for faculty positions, including Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Additional Professor, and Professor, across various medical disciplines. AIIMS Faculty Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 199 vacant posts under the AIIMS Recruitment 2025 Notification for the following categories:

AIIMS Faculty Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the assistant professor, professor, & other positions, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualifications

• Assistant Professor: MD/MS or equivalent + 3 years of teaching and/or research experience.​
• Associate Professor: MD/MS or equivalent + 6 years of teaching and/or research experience.​
• Additional Professor: MD/MS or equivalent + 10 years of teaching and/or research experience.​
• Professor: MD/MS or equivalent + 14 years of teaching and/or research experience.

Age Limit

• Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Additional Professor: Upper age limit is 50 years.​
• Professor: Upper age limit is 70 years.

AIIMS Professor, Assistant Professor & Other Selection Process:

The selection process includes:​

1. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility criteria and qualifications.​

2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.​

AIIMS Delhi Recruitment 2025 Application Fees:

• General/OBC Candidates: INR 3000/-​
• SC/ST Candidates: INR 2400/-​
• PwBD Candidates: Exempted from application fee
