AIIMS Deoghar, an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, invites applications for various non-faculty posts on a deputation basis. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to serve in a premier healthcare and research institute.

Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 35 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

General Eligibility:

• Officers/Employees from Central/State Government, Universities, Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or Research & Development organizations are eligible to apply.

Maximum Age Limit:

• 56 years as of the last date of application submission.

Specific Educational and Experience Requirements:

1. Medical Superintendent:
   • MBBS with a Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS) or Master’s in Hospital Administration.
   • Experience: 10 years in Hospital Administration in a 300-bed hospital.
2. Superintending Engineer:
   • Officers holding analogous posts in the Central/State Government or Executive Engineers with at least 5 years of service in Level 12.
3. Nursing Superintendent:
   • Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years of regular service.
4. Deputy Nursing Superintendent:
   • Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 2 years of regular service.
5. Assistant Nursing Superintendent:
   • B.Sc. Nursing (4 years) with 6 years of experience in a 200-bed hospital.
6. Assistant Administrative Officer:
   • Degree with at least 5 years of regular service in Level 6.
7. Assistant Accounts Officer:
   • Junior Accounts Officer with 5 years of regular service in Level 6.
8. Chief Pharmacist:
   • Pharmacist with 5 years of regular service in Level 6.
9. Senior Pharmacist:
   • Pharmacist with 6 years of regular service in Level 5.
10. Driver Grade II:

• 10th pass with a valid LMV and HMV license and 2 years of driving experience.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting of Candidates:
   • Based on qualifications, experience, and eligibility criteria.
2. Document Verification:
   • Verification of educational qualifications, experience, and other relevant documents.
3. Interview:
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

• Deputation period: Initially for 3 years, extendable as per rules.
