AIIMS Deoghar Junior Resident Recruitment 2025

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 12 vacant posts under the following categories:

Pay Scale:

• Pay Level: Level 10 of Pay Matrix
• Entry Pay: ₹56,100/- per month
• Additional Benefits: Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) & other allowances as per AIIMS norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

• MBBS degree from a recognized university/institute.
• Medical Registration from the MCI/State Medical Council.
• Candidates who have completed 18 months of Junior Residency are not eligible.

Age Limit (as of the Interview Date)

• Maximum Age: 33 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwD: 5 years for UR, 8 years for OBC, 10 years for SC/ST

Selection Process:

The selection process includes:

1. Interview/Written Test–Candidates will be assessed based on their knowledge, skills, and academic background.
2. Document Verification–Original certificates must be submitted for verification.

Application Fee:

• General/UR: ₹3000/-
• OBC: ₹1000/-
• SC/ST/PWD/Women: No Fee

How to Apply:

Step 1: Download Application Form

• Visit the AIIMS Deoghar website: www.aiimsdeoghar.edu.in.
• Download the Junior Resident (Non-Academic) Application Form.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

• Enter personal details, educational qualifications, experience, and other relevant information.
• Attach a passport-size photograph and self-attest all required documents.

Step 3: Prepare Required Documents

Candidates must self-attest photocopies of the following documents along with the application form:

• Date of Birth Certificate & Class 10 & 12 Marksheet
• MBBS Degree Certificate
• MBBS Mark Sheets & Attempt Certificate
• Internship Completion Certificate
• Medical Registration Certificate from MCI/State Medical Council
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) – As per Govt. of India format
• Disability Certificate (for PwD candidates)
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) – For Govt./Autonomous Employees
• Experience Certificate (if any)
• Aadhar Card
• FMGE Certificate (for Foreign Graduates)

Step 4: Send the Application Form

• Offline Submission: Candidates must send the completed application form along with the required documents via Speed Post to: Registrar Office, 4th Floor, AIIMS, Devipur (Academic Block), Permanent Campus, Deoghar–814152 (Jharkhand).
• Soft Copy Submission: Candidates must also email a scanned copy of the application form (max size 5MB, in PDF format) to: jr.recruitment@aiimsdeoghar.edu.in
