Pay Scale:

• Level-9A: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 + allowances
• Level-10: ₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400 + allowances

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Level-9A:
   • B.E./B.Tech/B.S. (4-year degree) in a relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent.
2. Level-10:
   • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with First Class in either of the two at the time of application.
   • Integrated M.Tech is also accepted if the candidate secured First Class in the course.

Age Limit (as of January 1, 2024):

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 38 years
• Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC/MOBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: Up to 55 years (relaxation varies by category).

Application Fee:

• General: ₹250
• OBC/MOBC: ₹150
• SC/ST: Exempted
• PwBD/BPL Candidates: Exempted
• Payment Mode: Online via the AESRB portal.

Selection Process:

1. OMR-based Written Examination:
   • Total: 75 Marks
   • Questions: MCQ-based with 1 mark for each correct answer.
   • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
2. Teaching Proficiency Test (TPT):
   • Total: 25 Marks
3. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates must present original documents during the Teaching Proficiency Test.
