AAI Non-Executive Assistant Salary & Benefits:
- Senior Assistant (NE-06): ₹36,000 – ₹1,10,000
- Junior Assistant (NE-04): ₹31,000 – ₹92,000
AAI Non-Executive Junior & Senior Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
1. Nationality
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, or Goa.
2. Educational Qualification & Experience

AAI Non-Executive Assistant Selection Process:
The selection process for junior & senior assistants in the western region includes:
1. Written Examination (Computer-Based Test, CBT)
Exam Duration: 2 Hours
Exam Language: Hindi & English
Negative Marking: No negative marking
2. Skill Test / Physical Test
For Senior Assistant (Official Language & Accounts):
- MS Office Computer Proficiency Test
For Junior Assistant (Fire Services):
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Physical Endurance Test (PET)
- Driving Test (for candidates with LMV License)
