The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is recruiting for 01 Post of Junior Consultant (Clinical Psychologist) on a one-year contract basis at Chennai Airport. The consultant will conduct psychological testing, provide counseling and provide mental health training to ATCOs. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Psychology and at least three years of clinical experience, M.A. or M.Phil degree in Clinical Psychology, as desired.

AAI Junior Consultant Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Essential Qualifications:

• Post-Graduation in Psychology with clinical exposure.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in any clinical or organizational setting, or 2 years of experience as a Psychologist in any of the IAF Boarding Centres.

Desirable Qualifications:

• M.A. or M. Phil in Clinical Psychology with an RCI License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aviation Psychologist.

Age Limit: The maximum age for applying is 65 years as of 21st February 2025.
