UCMS Junior Assistant Exam Pattern 2024

The University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) has released the exam pattern for the Junior Assistant recruitment exam. Here are the details:

Exam Structure

1. Paper I: Objective Type (MCQ)

• Duration: 3 hours
• Total Marks: 200
• Number of Questions: 200
• Sections:

• • • General Awareness: 50 questions, 50 marks
    • Reasoning Ability: 50 questions, 50 marks
    • Mathematical Ability: 50 questions, 50 marks
    • Language (English or Hindi): 50 questions, 50 marks

2. Paper II: Descriptive Type

• Duration: 1 hour
• Total Marks: 100
• Sections:

• • • Essay, Comprehension & Letter Writing: 100 marks

3. Skill Test

• Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi, tested on a computer.

Additional Information:

• Extra Time: 15 minutes per hour will be given to visually handicapped, cerebral palsy candidates, or similarly placed candidates from the PwBD category.
