With strong in-house expertise in various facets of Transmission, Sub-Transmission, Distribution, and Telecom sectors, POWERGRID has been making profits since its inception.

To take the growth curve to further heights, POWERGRID is looking for a Bright, Committed, and Energetic Company Secretary to join its fold as an Officer Trainee. Selected candidates shall join POWERGRID as Officer Trainee. After successful completion of 1 year training period, they shall be absorbed into the company as Officers at the E2 level.

Eligibility Criteria:

Upper Age Limit:

28 years as on 4th May 2023(Candidates should have been born on or after 5th May 1995)

Qualification:

Candidates should be Associate Members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Relaxations and Concessions:

OBC(NCL) Candidates: 3 years relaxation in upper age limit.
PwD Candidates: 10 years relaxation over and above category relaxation.
J&K Domicile/Ex-Servicemen/Victims of Riots: As per Government of India directives.
POWERGRID Departmental Candidates: No upper age limit and no application fee.

Selection Process:

Written Test (CBT): Candidates will undergo a Computer-Based Test.
Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates from the written test will participate in a group discussion.
Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify in the GD will be called for a personal interview.
