1. Screening and Shortlisting: Applications will be preliminarily screened and shortlisted based on qualifications, suitability, and experience.

2. Interview Process:

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• There may be a two-tier interview process depending on the number of applications. Only candidates shortlisted in the first level of the interview will be eligible for the final interview.
• Final selection will be based on eligibility, experience, qualifications, and performance during the interview.
• The interview will be conducted by a committee constituted for this purpose.
