SAS Nagar Court Clerk & Stenographer Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

Clerk:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Punjabi as a subject in Matriculation.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 30 W.P.M. in English on a computer.

Stenographer Grade-III:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Punjabi as a subject in Matriculation.
• Shorthand Speed: 80 W.P.M. in English with 20 W.P.M. transcription speed.
• Proficiency in Word Processing & Spreadsheets.

Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 37 years

SAS Nagar Court Clerk & Stenographer Selection Process:

For Clerk:

• Written Test (Objective Type): 100 Marks
• Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)

For Stenographer Grade-III:

• Shorthand & Typing Test
• Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
