The Assam Seeds Corporation Ltd. Recruitment 2025 invites applications for Managerial, Accounts, and Sales positions on a contractual basis. These roles involve agricultural management, financial oversight, and sales operations to enhance seed development and distribution in Assam.

ASCL Manager & Other Recruitment 2025 Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 10 vacant posts under the following categories:

ASCL Manager & Other Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

1. Assistant Branch Manager / Assistant Farm Superintendent

• Educational Qualification:
  • M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Seed Science & Technology / Plant Breeding & Genetics (full-time) from a recognized university/institution.
  • Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying degree.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the seed sector under Govt. departments/PSUs/Govt. agencies.
• Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Internet-based applications, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other related applications.

2. Assistant Accounts Officer (for retired Govt./PSU employees only)

• Age Limit: Not exceeding 65 years as of March 1, 2024.
• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate in Commerce from a recognized university/institution.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 25 years of experience handling accounts and finance in Govt. departments/PSUs/Govt. agencies.
  • Only retired officers from equivalent posts can apply.

3. Sales Assistant

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
  • Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying degree.
• Experience (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
  • Experience in marketing/sales under Govt. departments/PSUs/Govt. agencies is preferred.
• Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Internet-based applications, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other related applications.

• Shortlisting: Candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be shortlisted based on qualifications and experience.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
• Final Selection: Based on interview performance & document verification.
