Eligibility Criteria for the THDC General Manager & Manager Recruitment:

• General Manager
  Eligibility Criteria: Full-Time BE/B-Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
  Age: 55 years
• Manager
  Eligibility Criteria: Full-Time BE/B-Tech Engineering (Civil) with a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade
  Age: 45 years

Selection Process for the THDC General Manager & Manager Recruitment:

• 1. Shortlisting for Personal Interview
  • Eligible candidates will be shortlisted category-wise for a Personal Interview.

  2. Personal Interview

  • The selection process only consists of marks obtained in the Personal Interview.
  • Candidates must qualify in the Personal Interview to be considered for empanelment.

  3. Qualifying Marks in Personal Interview

  • The qualifying percentage for all categories (UR/EWS/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen) is 50%.

  4. Final Score Calculation

  • The final score of a candidate for empanelment is based on the 100% weightage of Personal Interview.
