Applications are invited for a total of 13 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

For Lower Division Clerk (LDC):

• Must have passed Madhyamik Examination (10th Standard) from the West Bengal Board or an equivalent recognized board.
• Computer Proficiency: Candidates must have basic computer operation knowledge and must possess a certificate in computer training from a recognized institution.
• Typing Speed: Satisfactory typing speed in computer operations.

For Summon Bailiff:

• Must have passed Class VIII from a recognized school, madrasa, or equivalent institution.

Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025):

• General Category: 18 – 40 years
• OBC (A & B): Up to 43 years
• SC/ST Candidates: Up to 45 years
• Persons with Disabilities (PWD): Up to 45 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation as per Government Rules

Selection Process:

For Lower Division Clerk (LDC):

• Preliminary Exam (100 Marks, Objective Type) – English, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Arithmetic (Negative Marking: 0.5 per wrong answer).
• Mains Exam (100 Marks, Descriptive Type) – Letter Writing, Paragraph Writing, and Translation in English & Bengali/Hindi.
• Computer Proficiency Test (20 Marks) & Personality Test (30 Marks) – Final merit list based on total scores.

For Summon Bailiff:

• Written Exam (100 Marks, Objective Type) – Arithmetic, English, General Knowledge & Current Affairs (Negative Marking: 0.5 per wrong answer).
• Personality Test (30 Marks) – Final selection based on written exam and interview performance.

Final Merit List: Based on combined scores from the written exams, skill tests, and interviews.
