DIAT Research Associate (RA) Recruitment 2025

Vacancy & Salary Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 3 vacant posts under the following category:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. / MS (By Research) Or
2. M.E./M.Tech in one of the following areas:
   • Optoelectronic System Design
   • Modeling & Implementation
   • FSOC (Free Space Optical Communication)
   • Communication
   • Channel Modeling
   • Performance Evaluation
   • Aerodynamics and Control System Design/Implementation

Research Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of research experience after post-graduation (for M.E./M.Tech candidates).

Age Limit:

• Maximum 35 years as of 31st January 2025.
• Age relaxation:
  • Up to 5 years for SC/ST/Women/PwBD candidates.
  • Up to 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.

Selection Process:

• Application Screening:
  • Applications will be reviewed for eligibility based on educational qualifications, research experience, and other criteria.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be notified individually via email.
• Interview Invitation:
  • Selected applicants will be invited for an interview.
  • The interview will be conducted either in-person or via video conferencing, as determined by DIAT.
• Interview Process:
  • Candidates must present their original documents, certificates, project reports, and publications during the interview.
• Selection Criteria:
  • Candidates will be assessed on their academic background, research experience, and suitability for the project.
• Final Selection:
  • Based on performance in the interview and project requirements, the final selection will be made.
• Joining:
  • Selected candidates are expected to join immediately upon receiving the offer letter.
