Panjab University, Department of Electronic & Communication Engineering, invites applications for the position of Project Associate (PA) on a purely contract basis under a project funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). The selected candidate will contribute to the project titled “Design and Development of System-on-Chip for Single-Lead Wearable Electrocardiogram (ECG) for Medical Devices”.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Must hold a B.Tech./B.E. degree in CSE/ECE/E&C/E&TC/EE/EEE/EI/IT.
  • Must hold an M.Tech./M.E. degree in CSE/ECE/E&C/E&TC/EE/EEE/EI/IT/Microelectronics.
  • A minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (or equivalent) is required in both UG and PG degrees.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in VLSI Design/Technology and its Applications.
• Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of project coordination, particularly in the VLSI domain.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of independently executing tasks.
