Vacancy & Salary Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 5 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Special Officer (Security):

• Qualification:
  Retired Officer in the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) with experience in roles such as OC/IC/CI/Zonal DSP/SDPO.
• Age Limit:
  • Minimum: 60 years
  • Maximum: 62 years (as of January 1, 2025).
• Language Requirement:
  Must be able to read, write, and speak Bengali.

2. Special Officer (Land):

• Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Retired Government Officer from the Land Department of West Bengal with at least 2 years of experience in roles such as SDL & LRO/Dy. DL & LRO/Additional LAO/SRO-I/SRO-II.
• Age Limit:
  • Minimum: 60 years
  • Maximum: 62 years (as of January 1, 2025).
• Language Requirement:
  Must be proficient in Bengali.

3. Surveyor:

• Qualification:
  • Retired as a Surveyor or equivalent from the Land Department of West Bengal.
  • Experience in preparing Land Acquisition Plans, conducting field verifications, and liaising with local authorities.
• Age Limit:
  • Minimum: 60 years
  • Maximum: 62 years (as of January 1, 2025).
• Language Requirement:
  Must be fluent in Bengali.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting of Applications:

• All submitted applications will be reviewed for eligibility based on qualifications, experience, and age criteria.
• Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the interview.

2. Personal Interview:

• Venue:

  • Relevant professional experience.

3. Document Verification:

• Candidates must bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification during the interview. Required documents include:
  • Proof of identity (Voter’s Card, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card).
  • Age proof (Birth Certificate or Secondary Exam Admit Card).
  • Educational certificates and mark sheets.
  • Experience certificates and Pension Payment Order (PPO).
  • Release order from the last employer.
