NIEPA Lower Division Clerk Recruitment 2025

Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 10 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Passed 12th Class or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
2. Proficiency in typing on a computer:
   • English Typing: 35 words per minute
   • Hindi Typing: 30 words per minute(Equivalent to 10,500 key depressions per hour in English and 9,000 key depressions per hour in Hindi.)

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 27 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwD: 10 years

Selection Process:

1. Written Test:
   • Objective-type test (2 hours, 100 marks):
     • Proficiency in Computer Operations (20 questions)
     • General Intelligence and Reasoning (20 questions)
     • General Awareness (20 questions)
     • English Language and Comprehension (20 questions)
     • Quantitative Aptitude (20 questions)
2. Skill Test:
   • Typing Test on Computer:
     • English: 35 w.p.m.
     • Hindi: 30 w.p.m.
   • The skill test will be qualifying in nature.

Application Fee:

• General/EWS/OBC Candidates: ₹1,000
• SC/ST/PwD Candidates: ₹500
• Payment should be made online through the recruitment portal.

2. Fill Application Form:
   • Provide accurate personal, educational, and professional details.
3. Upload Documents:
   • Scanned copies of:
     • Recent passport-sized photograph and signature
     • Educational certificates (10th and 12th mark sheets)
     • Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
4. Fee Payment:
   • Pay the application fee online and retain the e-receipt.
5. Submission:
   • Verify and submit the application form before the deadline.

1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

4. Admit cards will be available on the NIEPA website before the exam.
