Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications for Project Engineer-I positions on a temporary basis for its project sites in Rajasthan and Gujarat.

Overview:

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 4 (reserved for ST) vacant posts for the location of Rajasthan/Gujarat.

Remuneration:

• 1st Year: ₹40,000 per month
• 2nd Year: ₹45,000 per month
• 3rd Year: ₹50,000 per month
• 4th Year (if extended): ₹55,000 per month
• Retention Bonus: ₹25,000 per completed year, payable at the end of the 4th year (₹1,00,000 in total).

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:

• 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech. degree in:
  • Electronics: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication, Electrical & Electronics.
  • Computer Science: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science.
• Candidates must have Pass Class from a recognized university/institute.

2. Post-Qualification Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the following:
  • IT Infrastructure Projects/IP Networking/Data Centre Projects/CCTV Projects.
  • Sensors-based IoT Projects or any IP-enabled electronic/software product installation, configuration, maintenance, or support services.

3. Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 32 years as of January 1, 2025.
• Age Relaxation:
  • ST: 5 years.
  • PwBD (with 40% disability): 10 years.
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per government norms.

Selection Process:

1. Written Test:
   • Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the written test.
   • Shortlisting ratio: 1:5 based on merit.
2. Interview:
   • Candidates who qualify in the written test will be invited for an interview.

Application Fee:

• General/EWS/OBC: ₹472 (including 18% GST).
• ST/PwBD: Exempted.
