Eligibility Criteria for IDBI Bank ESO Recruitment 2024-25

IDBI Bank invites applications for the post of Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) on a contractual basis. Below are the detailed eligibility criteria:

1. Age Criteria

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years
  • The candidate must have been born between October 2, 1999, and October 1, 2004 (inclusive).
• Age Relaxations:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen and others as per government norms.

2. Educational Qualifications

• A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institute approved by the Government, AICTE, or UGC.
• Diploma holders are not eligible.
• Candidates must have valid mark sheets and degree certificates as proof of qualification by October 1, 2024.

3. Nationality/Citizenship

Candidates must be:

• A citizen of India, OR
• A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, OR
• A Tibetan refugee (who arrived in India before January 1, 1962) intending to settle permanently in India, OR
• A person of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries (e.g., Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar) with an intent to settle permanently in India.

Appropriate government certification is required for candidates other than Indian citizens.

4. Computer Literacy

Candidates should possess proficiency in computers, including basic IT-related skills.
