Yantra India Limited is part of the Skill India Mission initiated by the Government of India. YIL engages candidates in Trade Apprenticeship programs under the Trade Apprentices Act, 1961. The selected apprentices will undergo training at various Ordnance and Ordnance Equipment Factories situated across the country.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. For Non-ITI Candidates:

• Should have passed Madhyamik (Class X or equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
• Must have secured a minimum of 40% marks in both Mathematics and Science.

2. For ITI Candidates:

• Should have passed relevant trade tests from a recognized institute (NCVT/SCVT) with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Must also possess a Madhyamik (Class X) certificate with at least 50% marks.

Age Limit:

• Minimum age: 14 years (18 years for trades related to hazardous industries).
• Maximum age: 35 years (as of the closing date of the application).

Documents Required:

• Recent passport-sized photograph.
• Signature.
• Aadhaar Card or Enrollment ID.
• Academic and professional certificates (Class X, ITI marksheets, etc.).
• Caste certificate (if applicable).
• Disability certificate (if applicable).

Selection Process:

• Merit-based selection considering marks obtained in Madhyamik and ITI (as applicable).
• Factory-wise and trade-wise merit lists will be prepared.
• Selected candidates will undergo document verification and medical examination.

Training Duration:

• As per the Trade Apprentices Act, 1961.

Stipend:

• Non-ITI candidates: ₹6,000 per month.
• ITI candidates: ₹7,000 per month.

Application Fee:

• General/OBC: ₹200 + GST.
• SC/ST/PWD/Women: ₹100 + GST.

Important Notes:

• Apprentices will not be provided with job guarantees after training.
• Selection will be based purely on merit.
